Video Brief: Submission Form

As this is an add-on service that requires the identification, coordination, and project execution with a professional voice actor or actress, there are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR REVISIONS ALLOWED.

The only circumstance in which a revision will apply is IF the audio delivered does not match the text in the voiceover script provided or approved by you (the client).

1) You (Client) will provide feedback in a timely manner within 2 business days of delivery, but preferably sooner if possible.

2) 5 BUSINESS DAYS OR CLOSED - If AdAngles has not received feedback within 5 business days, the project will be considered closed, and an additional fee will apply to re-open the project. The cost to re-open a project is $50. This is non-negotiable.

Why is this policy required? When a project remains pending due to lack of client feedback or decisiveness, it has significant consequences which include, but are not limited to, the following:

a. open projects cost our company more money as we dedicate specific individuals to work on your project and therefore they are not available to other clients
b. staff members working on your project will be re- assigned and unavailable to continue on your project causing further delays and potential rework
c. additional delays will occur due to new staff members having to be assigned to your project when re-opened
d. and you will incur additional fees

3) FILE DELIVERY FOR CLOSED PROJECTS - When a project is closed due to the client's failure to fulfill responsibilities, Client will only receive the files as-is at the last stage work was completed. It may or may not be a usable product.

Client understands that AdAngles can only offer such high quality services at such low rates if both parties work together to finalize projects through timely feedback and communication.
