Terms & Conditions

1) Customer agrees to pay ad network costs directly using customer's own payment methods (i.e., Facebook, Google, Amazon)
2) In case of declined/missing payment for ad management services, service on customer's account will be temporarily suspended and customer must provide alternative payment within three (3) business days of the email notification.
3) If Customer wants to terminate their service, they must do so in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. Customers will notify Provider within 30 days by email to: team@adangles.com.
3) Requirements - Customer is responsible for finalizing all requirements prior to commencement of services. Changing requirements during the process may result in additional time, costs, and / or rework required.
4) Access Privileges – Customer will supply Provider with all requested access privileges in order to perform services.
5) Timely Feedback – Customer will provide timely responses and feedback to Provider within 2 business days of delivery, but preferably sooner if possible.
6) Assets – Customer will provide files, images, or other assets required to fulfill the service requirements.
7) 5 BUSINESS DAYS OR CLOSED - If AdAngles has not received feedback within 5 business days, the project will be considered closed, and an additional fee will apply to re-open the project. The cost to re-open a project is $50. This is non-negotiable.
Why is this policy required? When a project remains pending due to lack of client feedback or decisiveness, it has significant consequences which include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. open projects cost our company more money as we dedicate specific individual to work on your project and therefore are not available to other clients
b. staff members working on your project will be re- assigned and unavailable to continue on your project causing further delays and potential rework
c. additional delays will occur due to new staff members having to be assigned to your project when re-opened
d. and you will incur additional fees
Client understands that AdAngles can only offer such high quality services at such low rates if both parties work together to finalize work through timely feedback and communication.
